Hi, I’m Paul, the founder of Mountain Momentum Fitness.
Fitness has always been a big part of my life, but it became truly transformative when I realized how it could help me through some of life’s biggest challenges. My own journey through life’s challenges taught me that physical strength is deeply connected to mental and emotional resilience. Strength and fitness can be an excellent tool, bolstering your resilience to tackle all sorts of challenges.
I started Mountain Momentum Fitness to help others experience that same transformation. Whether you’re working through personal struggles or simply looking for a healthier way of living, I’m here to meet you where you are. My goal is to help you feel stronger, more confident, and ready to take on life’s challenges.
Fitness doesn’t always mean hours in a crowded gym or chasing perfection. I create personalized training programs that meet you where you are—whether it’s training in your own home, outdoors, or incorporating activities you never thought of as “workouts.” My approach is practical, flexible, and focused on making fitness a sustainable part of your life.
