I come to you! All sessions are conducted in the comfort and privacy of your own home. This makes getting started easier and eliminates the stress of traveling to a gym. I bring the equipment and expertise; you just need to be ready to take the first step.

We’ll sit down and discuss what you want to achieve, any challenges you’re facing, and what success looks like for you. I’ll share my advice and outline a plan tailored to your needs, so you’ll leave the session feeling confident and excited about the journey ahead.
How much does personal training cost?
Our pricing is tailored to your needs and the level of support you’re looking for. During our first meeting, we’ll discuss your goals and create a package that works for you. Feel free to reach out for a free consultation to get a detailed breakdown.
Do I need any equipment at home?
Not at all! I can bring everything we need for your workout sessions. If you already have equipment, we can incorporate it into your plan, but it’s not required to get started.
I’ve never worked out before. Will this be too hard for me?
Not at all! My programs are designed to meet you where you are. Whether you’re brand new to fitness or have some experience, I’ll ensure each session is challenging but achievable, helping you build strength and confidence step by step.
Can you help me with nutrition, too?
While I’m not a licensed nutritionist, I can share tips and guidance on making healthier food choices that complement your fitness goals. If you need more detailed advice, I can help you find a qualified nutritionist or dietitian.
How long are the training sessions?
Sessions typically last about an hour, but we can adjust the duration based on your needs, preferences and schedule. Flexibility is key to making your journey work for you.
